Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a prime spot for exploring the Keys attractions, with plenty of iguanas around. The rooms were spacious with a private bath and furnished balcony, but had a musty smell. The service was positive and warm, though the constant outdoor upkeep noise was a downside. The hotel is ideal for those on a fishing trip but lacks kitchen supplies in the units. The dining experience in a beautiful setting was very good. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights and a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The location was ideal, just over two hours from Miami and an hour from Key West, perfect for exploring. The rooms were nice sized but unfortunately extremely dirty, which was a major downside. The service was a mix of disinterested and distant at times, yet very professional and polite overall. The beach was just steps away, but it was full of dead smelly sea grass, not the pleasant view I had hoped for. Dining options were limited, but I did enjoy a delicious dinner at the Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers immaculate rooms with a full kitchen, exactly as shown in the pictures, well-equipped with everything from paper towels to coffee. However, the rooms can be quite dark, requiring lights even on sunny days.
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although beachfront, fell short with its maintenance issues and lack of amenities, not worth the high price. On the bright side, the service was quick in addressing problems. The location was ideal for exploring attractions in the Keys, but the dining experience left much to be desired.
The hotel offered spacious rooms with great facilities, although some aspects were unusual like the wall seat in the shower and lacking counter space in the bathroom. Priced at over $500 a night for a room with two queen beds, it fell short on certain amenities such as a broken cabinet door, a poorly functioning mini-fridge, and dated furniture. The balcony was a highlight, being clean, tasteful, and well-appointed.
The hotel provided spacious and gorgeous rooms, although there were some maintenance issues in certain areas. The property, while non-smoking, had a lingering cigarette smoke smell. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was well-equipped with a lovely beach, but still showed signs of hurricane damage. The dining options were satisfactory, with a highlight being the Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House for dinner.
